RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING The user shall have the right to request DIANTUM to restrict the processing of personal data, always taking into consideration the requirements set forth in the laws in effect.
RIGHT TO PORTABILITY The user shall have the right to receive from DIANTUM the user’s personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another data controller when the processing is grounded on consent or on a contract, and performed through automated means.
RIGHT TO OBJECT The user has the right to object to DIANTUM processing the user’s personal data when the grounds for the processing are a legitimate or public interest. In this case, DIANTUM shall stop processing the data unless lawful exigent reasons exist, or it is necessary for the filing of, or defense in, potential claims.
INDIVIDUAL AUTOMATED DECISIONS The user shall have the right to not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including the generation of profiles, that have a legal effect on the user or has a comparable significant effect, always in consideration of the requirements set forth in the laws in effect, where appropriate.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if the user considers that the aforementioned rights are being violated or if the user considers that the processing of the user’s personal data violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

Minors

Children under 14 years of age may not use the services available on this website without prior authorization by their parents or legal guardians, who shall be solely liable for all of the acts performed by the minors under their care on this website, including the completion of the forms with the personal data of said minors and checking their accompanying boxes, where applicable.
